About Melanie Poole

Melanie brings a wealth of industry knowledge, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience to her role as Director of Ledger & Lane. With two decades in property management, she is passionate about helping landlords protect their assets, maximise returns, and make informed decisions about their investments. Her proactive approach and attention to detail ensure every property receives the care and oversight it deserves.

Melanie enjoys working closely with investors to identify opportunities for rental growth, improve property performance, and navigate the challenges that come with owning investment properties.
Known for her clear communication and practical advice, she is committed to delivering a management experience that feels organised, transparent, and genuinely supportive.

Outside of work, Melanie enjoys walking her 3-legged-dog Turbo, watching stand-up comedy, practising yoga, and planning her next holiday.

A fun fact about Melanie: Together with her husband Mark, she has renovated 2 investment properties, giving her a personal understanding of the challenges and goals many landlords face.
