Melanie Poole leads the property management team with over two decades of residential property experience. Known for her strategic approach and steady leadership, Melanie oversees systems, compliance and processes to ensure every property is managed with consistency, care and attention to detail.
With a strong understanding of the full property lifecycle, Melanie works closely with landlords to make informed decisions around maintenance, upgrades and long-term asset performance. She is particularly skilled at helping owners plan works that protect and enhance their investment, and regularly supports clients who are not based locally by overseeing final inspections and key property milestones.
Melanie is passionate about creating structure, clarity and confidence for property owners, and takes pride in building a business that values communication, accountability and long-term relationships.
Outside of work, Melanie enjoys walking her dog, spending time at the beach, practicing yoga and planning her next holiday.
