Melanie is nothing short of amazing to work with. We ditched our old property manager after incredibly poor service and an abandoned trashed property that could have left us out of pocket upwards of $35,000. Not only did Melanie find an ideal tenant within days but also handled our entire insurance claim and all trades needed with multiple quotes.
